Please read these Terms carefully before using any service or platform operated by Eduxellence Solutions Bright Horizon. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all services offered by Eduxellence Solutions Bright Horizon:
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our paid services. Schools confirm that the administrator accepting these Terms is authorised to act on behalf of the organisation.

We accept payment via Payoneer, Raenest, bank transfer (Naira and international wire), and card payments via Paddle or Stripe where available.
All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Nigerian clients may pay in Naira at the prevailing exchange rate confirmed at time of agreement.
All sales are final. Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or a service has been delivered or accessed. If a deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed scope, we will offer a revision at no additional charge. See our full Refund Policy.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, reverse engineer or resell our tools, upload harmful code to our platforms, or attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
All content, tools, software, and materials on our platforms are owned by or licensed to Eduxellence Solutions Bright Horizon. Upon full payment for consulting work, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverable for your stated purpose.
We treat all client data, project briefs, datasets, and communications as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Schools uploading student data to the Results Portal are the data controller, responsible for obtaining appropriate consent. We act as data processor only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Statistical outputs and consulting recommendations are professional opinions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
